The program advances girls’ leadership by facilitating PARLIAMENTS through which girls & women advocate with key stakeholders especially clan leaders, church leaders, parents and local leaders to end gender inequalities and  child marriages in the communities. The program creates a platform that promotes critical reflection and allows for questioning of beliefs, myths, and cultural practices in order to realize  change in social and cultural norms hence accelerating the reduction of gender inequality, child marriage & gender-based violence.
